1. You're not allowed to advertise other sites!.
2. You are not allowed to upload any shell or any hacking program that affecting the upload server.
3. You are allowed to upload any personal file you want: images,music,movie,photos,applications,documents or other.
4. You are allowed to upload pornografic materials.
5. You are not allowed to upload any files that are infected by viruses, trojans, and so on.
6. YOU, THE USER, ARE THE ONLY RESPONSABLE FOR THE CONTENT OF THE FILES YOU UPLOAD.
7. In case a file has been downloaded more times than it was viewed it may be deleted, therefore you cannot post on any site direct links to any of the files on FileCloud.3x.Ro. Use "Share Link"
8. No discriminations are allowed here in the content and/or description of the uploaded file, not in the comments added to a file.
9. You are allowed to upload files protected with an open-password or other protect.

If you do not comply to this rules:
1. The first time you are warned.
2. The 2nd time you get a 2nd warning and, if the moderator considers so, all the files upload on your account will be erased.
3. The 3rd time you do not comply to these rules your account WILL BE BANNED PERMANENTLY and all your files erased.

In some/special cases user can be directly banned from the first deviation.
